This is a hands-on role suited to a confident and organised chef who enjoys variety. You'll work across prep, production, and on-site events. You will be leading the team for on the day functions but the support from the executive chef where needed. The role balances leadership and autonomy, making it ideal for a chef who wants responsibility without being stuck in a traditional restaurant routine.
