Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Diploma in Youth Work, Community Services, or a related field.
* Significant experience in youth services, residential care, or supported accommodation.
* Strong leadership, supervision, and team development skills.
* Demonstrated ability to engage and support young people with complex needs.
* Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A sound understanding of WHS principles and child protection requirements.
* Commitment to cultural safety and inclusive practices.
