The Role
We're looking for an AI Project Manager to lead our ERP automation programme. This is a greenfield build — you'll take the strategy off the page and into production, leading an internal team from day one and reporting directly to the Operations Director.
What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA and AI-driven automation across our AX2009 ERP environment.
• Lead master data cleansing and enrichment across ~38,000 SKUs to achieve automation-ready standards.
• Oversee the consolidation of business data and IP into a structured environment with an AI overlay for search, reporting, and management dashboards.
• Mentor and build capability within the AI Systems team through hands-on delivery and code review.
• Establish automation standards, documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Track KPIs and continuously refine automations based on analytics and business feedback.
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years in RPA, AI, or ERP automation project leadership.
• Proven experience delivering automation within legacy ERP environments (Dynamics AX or equivalent).
• Ability to evaluate and implement tooling across RPA, AI/ML, and data integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
• Certification in UiPath, Power Platform, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI/ML model development or data science tooling.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering services, or supply chain.
