Mobilisation Coordinator Role
The Mobilisation Coordinator is a critical role in our Asset Services division, responsible for assisting with day-to-day Logistics and Mobilisation requirements.
This is a permanent position on an 8/6 roster based out of Perth, Western Australia. Working from home (WFH) is available for weekend rostered days.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking flights and accommodation for direct and indirect employees to client sites.
* Scheduling and coordinating shutdown personnel via company database.
* Liaising with clients and engaging in communication.
* Managing client invoices, timesheets, and reconciliation against relevant jobs.
* Ordering and distributing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and aligned with client and Global requirements.
* Assisting with employee training record management.
* Performing purchasing functions as required.
* Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
* Ongoing review of systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in rostering and scheduling software (e.g. Rapid Crew).
