We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced mobilisation coordinator in Kwinana.
The role:
* Manage all day‑to‑day planning activities to optimise the allocation and utilisation of labour, resources, and assets
* Collect, analyse, and review operational data to forecast demand for resource planning, identifying potential shortfalls and strategies to address issues prior to execution
* Accurate short and long‑term forecasting of labour, equipment, and vehicle fleet requirements
* Maintain and update site induction folders to ensure all personnel hold the correct qualifications, certificates and tickets to comply with site
* Book medicals and training as required for site compliance
* Verify competency training and site mobilisations/inductions for employees and supplementary contract labour
About you:
* Previous experience in mobilisation of work teams to client sites
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop, establish and sustain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong organisational ability, attention to detail
* The ability to prioritise work, deliver to tight deadlines and problem‑solve
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
