The Executive Officer role is integral in managing academic workforce allocations and providing strategic support to leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with senior managers to implement key projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and support the implementation of the school's strategic plan.
2. Apply theoretical knowledge and policy expertise to solve complex problems.
3. Manage multiple stakeholders across different teams to achieve strategic objectives.
4. Lead research, evaluation, and data interpretation to inform decision-making.

Requirements:
* A degree and at least four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and knowledge.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven ability to interpret and analyze data to support decision-making.
