Your day will revolve around high-volume inbound calls, multi-screen systems, and managing quotes, orders, logistics, and customer expectations in real time.

About the Role
Based at Zeder Corporation Tuggerah, you’ll be part of a global leader in suspension technology, working with industry-recognised brands including Whiteline and Nolathane.
We design, engineer, and distribute premium suspension components across multiple categories - covering OE replacement, performance upgrades, and 4WD applications.
Our customers range from independent workshops and parts resellers through to large corporate accounts - meaning your role will extend beyond order-taking into relationship management, reporting, and supply coordination.
This is not a scripted call-centre job. You’ll be expected to think, solve problems, and build product knowledge quickly.
A Day in the Life
* Start at 8am handling inbound calls from workshops, dealers, and corporate customers
* Process email orders and handle related enquiries
* Quote parts, check fitment, and confirm stock across multiple systems
* Manage orders end-to-end, including logistics and back-order coordination
* Provide corporate customers with updates, reporting, and clear communication on supply status
* Work closely with warehouse, technical, and other teams to keep orders moving
* Navigate competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and service standards
The pace is real. The workload is consistent and the learning curve is steep.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Handling inbound calls and email enquiries from trade and corporate customers
* Preparing accurate quotes and processing orders
* Managing back orders and communicating ETAs clearly
* Supporting corporate accounts with reporting and order visibility
* Coordinating logistics across suppliers and internal teams
* Delivering professional, reliable customer service at all times
