Our Alpha Capture team is part of the Investment Management & Research division, collaborating closely with quantitative researchers to incorporate insights into our systematic investment strategies.We are seeking a candidate to lead the expansion of our Equity Alpha Capture programme in China. In this role, you will join a small team of relationship managers and researchers, responsible for managing and developing regional relationships. You will play a vital role in the ongoing success and evolution of our global Alpha Capture programme.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining relationships with sell-side partners at both individual contributor and institutional levels.Identifying new opportunities within signals, partnerships, and technology for the Alpha Capture programme.Collaborating with Winton’s quantitative investment team to support the global growth of the Alpha Capture initiative.Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.What We’re Looking For:Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role at the Associate or VP level within financial markets, such as Alpha Capture or Equity Sales.Proven ability to build and sustain strong commercial relationships with financial institution counterparties.High motivation, strong work ethic, and perseverance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Equal Opportunity WorkplaceWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
