SAP SuccessFactors Functional Specialist Consultant

You will lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules, deliver full lifecycle implementations from discovery through to deployment and support, and provide ongoing support and post-go-live services to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Acquisition modules.
* Deliver full lifecycle implementations from discovery through to deployment and support.
* Facilitate solution design workshops with clients to capture complex requirements.
* Provide ongoing support and post-go-live services to clients.
* Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
* Mentor junior consultants and share expertise across the team.
* Desired Skills and Attributes:
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Core HR and Talent Acquisition).
* Experience delivering multiple end-to-end implementations.
* Strong knowledge of Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules.
* Current certifications in two or more SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Employee Central, or Onboarding.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
* Legal rights to work in Australia.
