Technologies and Manual Arts Teacher Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our Technologies and Manual Arts program. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary teacher to develop and implement engaging programs in Design, Industrial Technology, and Engineering Principles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Technologies, Industrial Arts, or Design & Technology, and be committed to providing students with practical, design-based learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching programs that integrate faith, design thinking, and problem-solving into real-world contexts.
* Teach materials technologies including wood, metal, or digital fabrication, and promote safe workshop practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues across STEM and Design faculties to develop innovative curricula.
Requirements:
* Relevant teaching qualification with specialisation in Technologies, Industrial Arts, or Design & Technology.
* Eligibility for registration with the relevant teaching authority.
* Demonstrated expertise in workshop safety knowledge and effective classroom management.
* Commitment to Christian values and education.
