We are seeking a confident and competent Mac and Windows phone, tablet & computer technician to join our family business located in beautiful, tropical Cairns QLD. Interviews will be held shortly after we receive suitable CVs and covering letters.
Responsibilities
Repair and maintain Mac and Windows devices including phones, tablets, desktops, and laptops.
Conduct client site visits to diagnose and repair hardware or software issues.
Qualifications
Mac and Windows tablet repair experience.
Desktop & laptop repair experience with Mac and Windows computers.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with an emphasis on empathic client interaction.
Own vehicle and licence required for client site visits.
