What You'll Do
* Deliver practical FOH & BOH training across multiple venues
* Create training content, SOPs, e-learning modules & induction materials
* Build capability frameworks, career pathways & leadership programs
* Support venue onboarding, new opening training & operational rollouts
* Partner with Venue Managers & Operations to lift standards and consistency
* Oversee compliance: food safety, RSA, OH&S & training validations
* Track training metrics and report on capability outcomes
What You Bring
* 5+ years in hospitality training, L&D or operational leadership
* Strong hands‑on training skills in busy hospitality environments
* Experience designing training tools, digital learning and SOPs
* Confident facilitator with excellent communication & coaching ability
* Strong understanding of full-service dining operations & compliance
* Tech‑savvy with experience using e‑learning platforms
* Ability to travel interstate when needed
* Cert IV TAE (highly regarded)
