A newly created role has become available for an experienced CRM Manager to join the White Fox family based at our stunning new office in Rosebery.Reporting to the Head of Digital, your focus will be on developing a personalised omnichannel approach to enhance customer experience, drive revenue and optimise investment in digital channels.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud platformDevelop and execute CRM strategies across Email, SMS, Social, Web and Push NotificationsIdentify and create customer segments for cross-channel campaignsGather insights on customers behaviour and transform these into actionable optimization campaignsDevelop and roll out the persona profiles across the businessContinuously optimize and analyse customer journeys and programs, ensuring relevant and engaging lifecycle communicationsDeliver continual test and learn plans across our campaign objectives, including audience planning, funnel optimization, channel selection, prioritization and message content and frequencyDeliver ongoing A/B & multivariate methodologies to statistically assess the effectiveness of each trialOwn operational delivery, optimisation & reporting of all automated campaigns, including budget management & ROIWork closely and collaboratively with other teams to deliver on strategic goalsWhat we are looking forMust have related degree or at least 5 years CRM management experience5+ years experience building and optimising EDM, SMS, and web/push strategies including implementation of these streamsExperience training other employees on how on EDMs, SMS, web and app push executionExperience in setting up CRM / Lifecycle programs from scratch are essentialExperience in rolling out new loyalty programsWell versed in using Google Analytics is desirableAn all round CRM professional with a data-driven mindset, you will have a well-rounded commercial understandingProven Analytics and segmentation experience to drive increased growth and ROI in a fast moving environment essentialDemonstrated experience deriving insights from structured data and driving commercial returns from a rigorous test and learn optimization plan.You will have a deep understanding of CRM and complex customer journey to drive conversion, acquisition and retentionExperience working on a CPD (customer data platform) like Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desirableDemonstrated experience conducting AB and multivariate testingsBenefitsBrand current office, Rosebery locationOnsite gymOngoing training and developmentFun and supportive culture
