Location: Perth Regional DC - Ambient, Perth, Western Australia

What You'll Bring
* A proven track record as a leader who takes ownership and is a proactive problem‑solver.
* Experience working with Unions is highly regarded.
* Demonstrates logical thinking and effective problem solving approaches.
* A background in Supply Chain, Retail, or FMCG.
* A passion for nurturing and developing a team.
* Pro‑actively seeks continuous improvement methods.
