We're offering a rewarding career opportunity for a customer‐focused individual to join us as a Full‐Time Storeperson/Driver at our Innisfail branch - a role filled with variety, connection, and the chance to make a real impact supporting local farmers. This is an exciting permanent position where no two days are the same and your contribution truly matters.
What you'll do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring goods receivable, deliveries, and inventory are managed and distributed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner while meeting the needs of our customers.
· On-farm deliveries
· Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders
· Forklift operation
· Providing friendly, helpful customer service
· Inventory control, goods receipting, dispatch, and associated paperwork
· Maintaining safety processes and compliance
· Participating in a rotating Saturday morning roster (approximately once a month)
What you'll have:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring experience working in a fast-paced team environment and a genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture. You will also demonstrate:
· A proactive approach to work with strong organisational skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong verbal communication skills to build strong, long-term customer relationships
· A reliable and positive attitude that supports a great team culture
· Full drivers' licence
· Forklift ticket
