We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to provide clinical support to the team at Bethanie Peel Aged Care Home located in Mandurah.
Bethanie Peel is a warm and welcoming 50 bed facility set amongst landscaped gardens, with a personalised memory support area to safely and securely accommodate residents with dementia or similar conditions.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for clinical care and case management.
Supervision, direction and leadership of nursing and care / support staff will also be part of your role.
This role is offered on a casual basis.

About You Currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse Relevant clinical experience in an aged care environment is an advantage, but is not essential Ability to work independently and professionally Ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations (minimum of one covid vaccination and annual flu vaccination) Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one) The Role Take immediate action to ensure nursing care is delivered in a safe and effective manner, while providing direction to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers Complete assessment and / or admission requirements Maintain an effective referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and / or allied health staff Ensure that clinical records reflect care, in line with all accreditation standards and legislative requirements Provide mentoring and training to employees where required Working with Bethanie Many of us work because we want to make a difference.
