About the Role:
* Guest Service Agent (Pre-Opening)
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a new and exciting hotel venture, working closely with the pre-opening team to ensure a seamless launch. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling room reservations and check-ins, and resolving any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service to guests
* Manage room reservations and check-ins efficiently
* Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Please note that this is a Pre-Opening position, which means that you will be required to work flexible hours and participate in training sessions prior to the hotel opening.
