Kitchen Management is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our culinary team.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and kitchen, managing all key performance indicators including financial and rostering. They will also be responsible for supervising and coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food products.

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in restaurant or kitchen management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, working across multiple shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff
2. Oversee inventory management, ordering and stock control
3. Ensure high-quality food products are consistently delivered
4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
* Diploma or certificate in hospitality or a related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior kitchen management role
* Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
