Recruitment Process Manager
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Process Manager in Perth. This permanent, full-time role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse white-collar positions.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, build talent pools, and provide market insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in high-volume recruitment and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
* Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new employees.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet them.
* BUILD robust talent pipelines by leveraging multiple channels such as job boards, employee referrals, social media platforms etc.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress using metrics that aligns company's goal attainment goals (Examples – Fill rates vs benchmark, pipeline size, Candidate time-to-hire among others).
