Full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our Internal talent team on a full-time basis. As a key partner with business leads, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent while providing proactive solutions to address high-quality candidate needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment planning, including developing person specifications, competency checklists, creative job ad copy, and route-to-market recommendations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and candidates.
The role requires the ability to analyze data and report on talent acquisition metrics to senior leadership and HR partners, ensuring that strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop end-to-end recruitment plans, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making verbal job offers.
* Identify and develop multiple sourcing channels, such as internal applicant tracking systems, social and professional networks, employee referrals, alumni networks, social media, job boards, and search engines.
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand custodian with each candidate interaction.
* Analyze data and report on talent acquisition metrics to senior leadership and HR partners.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
