Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously from design to approval.
* Proficient in ArchiCAD and Adobe Suite for design.
* Engage and communicate effectively with clients through emails and meetings.
* Demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles, building construction, SEPP, BCA, and NCC regulations.
* Show a strong interest in and knowledge of residential building design.
* Second Language - Mandarin (preferred) but not essential.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary education in Design, Architecture, or Construction.
* Proficiency in computer literacy, ArchiCAD and Adobe Suite.
* Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
* Knowledge of SEPP, BCA, and NCC regulations.
* Valid driving license is ideal.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
Exact pay to be discussed during stage 2 interviews, subject to experience.
