Assist with the day-to-day administration of the South Coast Writers Centre and the Coledale Community Hall.
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, spreadsheets, research, customer support, membership systems, and general enquiries.
Process requests from people interested in hiring the hall, make bookings, and meet new hirers to show the hall.
Manage and monitor the onsite hall storage areas for chairs, tables, kitchen and contents.
Assist the Finance and Administrative Officer to maintain the hall's equipment and maintenance register, obtain quotes for repairs, arrange appointments for tradespeople and schedule regular maintenance for the hall and equipment.

The South Coast Writers Centre (SCWC) supports the creation and enjoyment of Australian literature through creative and professional development, literary events and audience growth across the New South Wales South Coast. With offices based in Wollongong, SCWC aims to promote regional writers and writing in Australia while fostering professional development for South Coast writers. The Centre promotes inclusion, access, equity and participation of members in all aspects of the organisation. SCWC is a membership-based, incorporated not-for-profit organisation supported by Create NSW and Wollongong City Council.
