Our client is a prestigious and award winning locally owned residential building company.
They have an outstanding reputation for producing high quality homes and they are currently seeking to appoint an energetic and professional New Home Sales Consultant.
The purpose of this role is to sell new homes to perspective clients. This is done via interaction within their display home, building relationships with potential buyers and responding to enquiries with impeccable customer service standards.
Duties will include:
· Generating leads by engaging clients within display home
· Creating and implementing marketing strategies
· Taking client product design briefs
· Administering sales
· Maintaining display home presentation
The successful candidate will be a people person who is able to build relationships and rapport quickly, they will also have a demonstrated background in home sales and customer service, an excellent client focussed attitude, outstanding communication skills and preferable knowledge of new home or real estate sales.
This position involves weekend work on a rotating roster. An attractive, performance based package will be offered to the successful candidate.
