This may be the role for you!Our Client Samsung Electronic's is on the lookout for a Service Marketing Specialist to join their team based at their Sydney Olympic Park Office! If successful, this role requires the candidate to work 4 days in the office with 1 day from home.The Service Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing service marketing strategies and execute plan into market. Also this role requires the development of consumer engagement strategies to grow service revenue, enhance consumer engagement and improve on NPS scores. This function plays an integral part to building brand awareness, product promotion, retention and acquisition of existing and new customers.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct market research and analysis around consumer requirements, habits and trendsPlan and execute service initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social, media, SMS, email, etc)Gather and analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc) to help create and shape future service marketing strategiesWork across internal teams to ensure consistent communications, promotions, offers, content are aligned across all channelsCollaborate with external vendors to support and ensure the execution of service marketing plan through promotional events and campaignsCreate and distribute weekly/monthly reports on critical metrics as well as establish consistent cadencesEngage with service partners and other key stakeholders to ensure support with the execution of strategic marketing plansBrainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaignsAbout YOU:BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalentExperience within a Marketing Coordinator or similar roleExperience with Office 365 specifically Excel and Adobe products essentialExperience working closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsExperience with end to end campaign management/execution, analysing data to optimise campaigns, localisation/editing of marketing materialsWhat’s in it for you?Generous discount on company productsAccess to discounts and special promotions with retail partnersAccess to well-being platformHeavily discounted gym membershipIf this role sounds of interest, please click the “Apply Now” button.
