About the Role
As our new HR Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping our workforce and aligning our strategic goals. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering hands‐on HR support while also contributing to broader business planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Manage and assist with end‐to‐end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Provide HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with employment laws
* Support staff development, training coordination, and performance reviews
* Act as a first point of contact for employee relations and wellbeing initiatives
