Role Overview
We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to support and maintain IT infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, and network environments. The role focuses on day-to-day support, system stability, patching, and resolving infrastructure-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Must-Have Skills
* IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
* Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
* Network infrastructure and basic security
* Group Policy management
* Endpoint management using SCCM and Intune
* Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
* Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
* Hardware and software asset management
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Active Directory tiering and Domain Controller setup/removal
* Managing AD domains, trusts, GPOs, and replication
* Patching Domain Controllers using SCCM, WSUS, or Azure Update Manager
* Windows File Server and DFS management
* DNS server management
* Applying security best practices for authentication and access control
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support for servers, endpoints, and infrastructure services.
* Perform patching and updates for endpoints and servers using SCCM, Intune, and PatchMyPC.
* Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint; assist with user issues, mailboxes, and licenses.
* Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VLAN networks to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
* Support firewalls, VPNs, and core network services such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
* Assist with Hyper-V virtual machine support, backups, and replication using Veeam.
* Follow IT security standards, processes, and best practices.
