Chez Pierre is a fine dining family run Restaurant in Nedlands. We are looking for an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our busy and exciting team.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated experienced person to coordinate this role. Duties to include;
* making reservations by email and telephone,
* help to coordinate functions,
* preparing menus in liaison with our chef,
* bookkeeping duties, including payroll, accounts receivable and payable,
* balancing the till,
* dealing with general enquiries by phone and email,
* experience with MYOB would be an advantage,
* plus other ad hoc administrative duties,
* must have excellent communication and time management skills,
* must be able work both unsupervised and within a team
This is an enjoyable and friendly job with happy customers who are a delight to work with.
Monday to Fridays, 8.30am to 3.30pm. May suit school hours.
