About the Role: As the Business Support Team Leader, Riverland, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, efficient, and effective business support services across RCHS departments.
You will lead the development, coordination, and management of key administrative functions, ensuring consistency in processes, procedures, and systems across all business support teams.
With a strong focus on audit, compliance, and continuous improvement, you will oversee high-level administrative operations, manage complex enquiries and complaints, and drive improvements that enhance coordination and service delivery.
In this pivotal role, you will contribute to a more streamlined, responsive, and well-supported health service for staff and the community.
