Description
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to coordinate the day-to-day procurement and logistics activities on our new project.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the receipt of goods, including verification, inspection, and documentation to ensure quality requirements are met.
* This role requires identifying and evaluating risks, and implementing mitigation control measures to ensure a smooth project delivery.
* Liaison with internal and external stakeholders is also a key aspect of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the procurement process from start to finish.
2. Monitor the receipt of goods and verify their quality.
3. Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement and logistics.
4. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or extensive experience in related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
* Demonstrated experience in package procurement, purchasing, logistics, and establishing effective procurement processes in a project environment.
* OHS Construction Induction 'White Card'. Current WA Drivers Licence. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High-level commercial expertise and experience in contract management. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Advanced computer literacy skills.
