The opportunity
We're looking for a capable mid-level Property Manager to take ownership of a small residential portfolio and help grow it over time.
You'll start with a manageable rent roll, clear expectations and the support of an experienced team. From there, you'll build momentum through great service, client retention and contributing to new business where possible.
What you'll do
* Manage a tidy residential portfolio end-to-end
* Stay on top of arrears, maintenance and compliance
* Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports, handle renewals and communicate clearly with landlords and tenants
