Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Hybrid – RATIONALE Global HQ (Kyneton, VIC) + your home space
* You will act as the primary in-house regulatory specialist, supporting RATIONALE's skincare formulation portfolio across domestic and international markets
* You will work with a high level of autonomy, owning day-to-day regulatory activities and compliance outcomes
* You will ensure product formulations, labelling and marketing claims are compliant with applicable regulatory requirements
* You will partner closely with the Research, Product Development and Marketing teams as well as Senior Leaders to embed regulatory considerations throughout the product lifecycle
* You will stay informed on regulatory developments and help maintain robust, compliant systems and processes

ABOUT YOU
* Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Medicine or Pharmacology (preferred)
* Experience in a Regulatory Affairs or compliance-focused role within skincare, cosmetics or personal care (essential)
* Working knowledge of ISO 22716, FDA CFR 210 & 211 and TGA cosmetic regulatory requirements
* Comfortable operating collaboratively and independently with accountability for regulatory outcomes
* Clear, confident communicator, able to advise and collaborate across teams
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Analytical, commercial and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership
* Confident using regulatory documentation systems and digital tools
