Candidate Requirements
* Chef experience in a premium a‐la‐carte restaurant
* Experience with Italian cuisine is advantageous
* Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices and financial budgets/targets
* Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
* Demonstrated experience in leading a high‐performing team
* Highly adaptable and able to perform in high‐pressure service periods
* Solid understanding of food safety standards
* Proven ability in building effective relationships
* Organisational and time management skills
* Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication and presentation
* Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
* Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
