The Role
We're seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across digital channels, lead generation, and brand development. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own the digital roadmap and build a scalable marketing function that delivers measurable results.
Key Priorities
* Revitalising SEO/SEM and expanding paid social and PPC
* Building a future‐first digital funnel strategy - for more effective lead generation opportunities
* Enhancing CRM and website performance, leveraging automation and AI
* Structuring the right mix of in‐house, offshore, and agency resources
* Driving brand awareness in emerging categories like internet and solar
About You
You're a strategic, hands‐on marketer with a track record of scaling digital functions and delivering commercial outcomes. You thrive in fast‐paced environments and are comfortable working with a blank canvas.
Key Experience Needed
* High‐volume B2C lead generation and performance marketing
* Managing multi‐million‐dollar ad budgets
* SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social expertise
* CRM and marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
* Experience in energy, insurance, e‐commerce, or call centre‐driven funnels
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
* Entrepreneurial mindset or agency background highly regarded
