This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data driven decision making and is passionate about delivering elevated customer experiences.This role is hands-on, combining strategic oversight with day to day execution.
You'll be responsible for shaping our CRM strategy, leading the rollout of a customer retention/loyalty program, and ensuring our communications are personalised, timely, and effective.Role ResponsibilitiesCRM Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the customer lifecycle strategy, focusing on acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across email, SMS, and other owned channels.Customer Database Management: Lead segmentation, targeting, and data hygiene initiatives to ensure our customer insights are actionable and optimised for performance.Loyalty Program Leadership: Drive the end-to-end development and implementation of a new loyalty and rewards program, designed to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.Campaign Management: Create and deploy targeted CRM campaigns using Klaviyo, including automated flows, promotions, and brand-led content.Performance & Insights: Analyse CRM metrics and KPIs to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
