About the Role
This role involves providing comprehensive support to our recruitment consultants, ensuring seamless placement activities and logistical requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include:
* Credentialing doctors for hospital-specific documentation prior to their locum commencing;
* Organising travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, hire cars, and other related requirements;
* Liaising between medical facilities, doctors, and internal consultants to ensure all parties are informed about placements;
* Preparing invoicing reports, receiving timesheets and invoices from doctors, and verifying records with Medical Admin;
* Sending reminders for overdue invoices;
* Processing Medicare applications on behalf of doctors;
* Formatting CVs and preparing supporting documents.

About You
* You must be able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively;
* Your Word, Excel, and technology skills should be advanced, as well as your written and verbal communication capabilities;
* Previous experience with Xero or similar invoicing software is advantageous;
* Strong time management and customer service skills are essential;
