Tonkin + Taylor is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to join our Technology team. This is a full-time role based in our South Melbourne office, with flexible and hybrid working options available. You will be supporting the Australian side of the business by conducting desk-based troubleshooting, physical setups, and supporting our staff across multiple locations which may require interstate travel.

**The role**:
You'll be a key part of our Technology team, supporting both Tonkin + Taylor Australia and Chadwick Geotechnics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and deploying hardware including workstations, laptops, network gear and printers, as well as installing and supporting a wide range of software products
- Responding to staff requests and communicating through various channels
- Providing 1:1 IT training to staff and inductions for new starters
- Reviewing complaints, resolving issues, and liaising with other parts of the business to provide effective solutions
- Managing support tickets and maintaining our database of assets, phone accounts, and software
- 3+ years relevant experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar role
- The ability to diagnose and fix basic hardware and network issues
- A full driving licence and the capacity to be mobile across Australia for onsite IT support
