Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled rehabilitation specialist to contribute to our organisation's goal of providing top-notch rehabilitation services. As a key team member, you will work closely with healthcare providers, employers, and insurers to provide expert clinical opinions and support injured workers in their return to work.
Your primary responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients;
* Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing;
* Attending workplaces on a weekly basis to learn about physical demands and responsibilities of various job roles;
* Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries;
* Building relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy;
* AHPRA or ESSA registration;
* Strong communication and report writing skills, as well as a client-centred approach;
* Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
