We are currently seeking a
Senior Test Analyst
with strong experience in
handheld device testing
to support a large enterprise delivery program. This role requires someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working across hardware + software workflows in operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end testing across handheld device solutions (apps, device workflows, scanning, peripheral integrations)
* Validate functionality across devices, OS versions, networks, and environments
* Perform System Testing, SIT support, regression, and exploratory testing
* Create and maintain test cases, test data, and execution evidence
* Log, track, retest, and manage defects through to closure
* Work closely with business users and technical teams to validate real-world processes
* Support UAT readiness and production release activities where required
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a
Senior Test Analyst
in enterprise environments
* Strong experience testing
handheld devices
(e.g., Zebra/Honeywell/Android handhelds or similar)
* Experience testing mobile apps used in operational settings (retail, logistics, warehousing, delivery, POS)
* Solid understanding of test design, execution, and defect management
* Strong stakeholder communication and ability to operate in fast-paced delivery teams
Desirable Experience
* Experience with POS / scanning workflows / pick-pack / warehouse operations
* API testing exposure (Postman or similar)
* Test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, Azure DevOps)
