About The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our Tamworth team on a Part‐Time basis.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival through to appointment completion. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
* Manage patient bookings and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
* Deliver clear preparation instructions, arrival times, and cost information
* Handle patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism
* Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
* Work collaboratively with radiologists, technical teams, and clinical staff to support patient flow

Experience & Skills

* Understanding of confidentiality and patient privacy requirements
