**About the Role**
- The position includes, but is not limited to:_
- Handle front desk reception duties, managing phone and face-to-face enquiries
- Oversee mail and banking
- Reconcile petty cash, prepare payment requisitions and manage office supplies.
- Filing and archiving.
- Assisting Independent Living Unit Residents with enquiries
- Support payroll operations including conducting payroll and superannuation audits
- Support accounts payable during extended leave
- Essential skills and attributes (selection criteria):_
- Friendly and welcoming disposition suitable for a front-facing role.
- Extensive experience with Windows-based computer systems (Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
- Experience managing various administrative and finance tasks.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Organised, systematic, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities aligned with SRV's values.
Experience with payroll, accounts payable and modern awards/enterprise agreements is desirable, as is experience in the aged care or health sector.
