The Role
Multiskilled Operators are responsible for ensuring the safe and productive operation of equipment in our crushing operations.
* Perform daily pre-start inspections and complete required documentation.
* Maintain site infrastructure, including ROM pads and stockpiles, to required standards.
* Work closely with road train operators and dozer drivers to ensure efficient material flow.
* Follow established mine plans and production schedules.
* Identify and report hazards, equipment faults and near misses.
* Contribute to maintaining a strong safety culture within the team.
