This role is ideal for an experienced Property Manager, Leasing Consultant or Sales Administrator wanting flexible part-time hours in a positive, high-performing environment.
The Role
· Leasing and showing properties
· Entry and Exit Condition Reports
· Routine inspections
· Processing rental applications
· Assisting with business development
· Social media and marketing support
· General team support as required
Experience with PropertyMe, REX and Canva is preferred but not essential.
Hours
· Ideally Monday & Tuesday, 9:00am–5:00pm
· Flexible option to spread across three days
· Must be available to work either Monday or Tuesday until 5:00pm
You Will Bring
· Experience in Property Management or Real Estate Administration
· Current driver’s licence
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent time management
· Professional and friendly communication style
· A proactive, “get it done” attitude
