Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
Duties:
* Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
* Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
* Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dieticians and kitchen and waitinf staff
* Demonstrating techniques and advertising on cooking procedures
* Preparing and cooking food
* Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
* Selecting and training staff
* Responsible for food preservation and freezing
