Zilzie Wines is looking for a motivated person to fill our casual Vintage QHSE Officer role for vintage 2026.
Job Description
In summary, the Vintage QHSE Officer is responsible for:-
* Supporting HR & QHSE Manager to ensure compliance with relevant certification/accreditation, legal and company requirements
* Update QHSE documentation in our QHSE Platform
* Assist with the sourcing of quality or safety related items and equipment
* Assist with the review and research quality or safety related regulations and provide information
* Conduct Internal Audits/Inspections where required

Qualities, Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
* Interest in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliance practices
* Sound computer skills and MS office suite experience
* Solid interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work to strict timeframes
Desirable
* Experience in administrative duties such as data entry or accounts reconciliations
* Wine Industry Knowledge
* Experience in compliance related processes
* Internal and external audit experience
