We are a dynamic and growing business with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We're currently seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our team and transform engineering concepts and ideas to life with detailed and accurate technical drawings.
As a Draftsperson at Jacksons Australia you will be responsible for detailed workshop drawings using Solidworks. You will be working closely with the team to support and the development of our of agricultural and structural products.

What You'll Need
· Proficient in SolidWorks 3D modelling with 2-3 years' experience
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical & workshop drawings.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
· Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
· Previous experience in drafting in a manufacturing related field is preferred but not required.
· Full Australian working rights.
Key Responsibilities
· Create detailed and accurate 3D drawings using Solidworks based on engineering designs and specifications.
· Collaborate with sales and production team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
· Review and revise existing drawings as needed, to reflect design changes and improvements.
· Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
· Provide support to the production team by resolving drawing-related issues and answering questions.
· Maintain an organized and up-to-date drawing database, file management, revisions and documentation.
