Job Title: Clinical Midwife Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Midwife Specialist to join our Midwifery team at Carnarvon District Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality women's centered care, developing standards of practice and implementing changes to clinical practice.
* Lead and role model in the care of pregnant women, birthing, and postnatal care within the community and Family Birth Centre (MGP).
* Deliver quality improvement initiatives using research principles to support evidence-based practice.
Requirements
* Demonstrated significant knowledge, experience, and leadership in area of Clinical Midwifery.
* Ability to work independently or within a collegiate team situation, using effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* People management abilities commensurate with the role.
