**About the Role**
The TD School at UTS is currently seeking to fill the role of Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join the team on an initial fixed term basis of 12 months. TD School offers degrees that encompass high-level critical and creative thinking, problem-solving, data and digital technologies, invention, complexity, innovation, future scenario-building and entrepreneurship and also undertakes transdisciplinary research. All courses within TD School incorporate industry partners and our strong connection to industry and reputation for customer service excellence is mission-critical.
The Executive Assistant and Office Manager is responsible for the effective operation of TD School's office environment and administrative support to all TD School staff.
**As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will**:
- Manage the functioning of TD School's office environment, including IT procurement, space allocation, onboarding new staff
- Provide high quality, efficient and effective administrative support to the Head, TD School and other members of the Executive as required, including diary management, records management, presentations, reports, and travel
- Prepare draft correspondence for Head, TD School and other Executives as required, in response to external contact and requests
- Manage TD School's committee governance needs in alignment with UTS requirements
- Support TD School's internal communication systems and processes
- Manage onboarding of new staff
- Manage scheduling and coordination of TD School recruitment processes

- Demonstrated superior and effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a range of staff at various levels across the School and the University
- High level computer and digital literacy with demonstrated capacity to learn new programs, databases and train others in new software
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge and ability to prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, conduct research for meetings, prepare background briefings and follow up actions arising out of meetings
**Remuneration**
**Base Salary Range: $85,781 to $92,879 pa (HEW 6)**
This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
