With over 17 years of industry experience, we specialise in delivering high-quality air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair services to commercial, and industrial clients across the region. Our reputation is built on exceptional workmanship, reliability, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Technician to join our expanding team on a full-time basis.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning units
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting safety and compliance requirements
* Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all work undertaken
* Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an air conditioning technician
* Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing a variety of air conditioning systems
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
* A commitment to safety and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A professional presentation and the ability to represent the company well to clients
* A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
