Position overview
Drive analytics adoption and transformation at the Australian National University
As the Analytics Translation Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing adoption strategies that embed data and analytics into decision-making processes, ensuring solutions are embraced and sustained across diverse business areas. You will work closely with stakeholders to champion analytics-driven transformation and enhance the visibility and return on investment of the University's data assets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the development and implementation of analytics adoption strategies
* Diagnosing change environments and tailoring approaches to drive uptake
* Defining and tracking adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement
* Managing data request workflows and ensuring high-quality client service
* Facilitating training, demonstrations, and discovery sessions to support analytics use
* Creating user guides, SOPs, quick reference materials, and training videos
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align on adoption goals
* Championing analytics as a tool for solving complex challenges and driving transformation
About you:
You are a strategic communicator and change leader with a passion for data and analytics. You bring experience in project and change management, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery. You have a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, actionable insights and foster a culture of data-informed decision-making.

* Postgraduate qualifications or progress toward qualifications in business, data science, project management, or related fields
* Experience in analytics transformation and innovation adoption
* Strong project and operational management skills
