PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE.
THE ROLE
Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide hands on HR support across employee relations, industrial relations, workforce management and organisational change initiatives. This role will suit a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in complex, unionised environments and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels. You will coach leaders on people management best practice and contribute to workforce planning and operational people strategies.
THE CRITERIA
You will have proven experience in a HR Business Partner role coupled with strong industrial relations capability with exposure to unionised environments and a sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work requirements.
